in my computer setting under remote allow users to
remote in was unchecked, so I had her check it. I
could remote in fine from this this end. So,told
her to try it at home, and that if there were any
problem to have the front desk update her task. 

I went and fixed her sound and asked here if there
was anything else that was wrong. she could not
think of anything else. I gave her the task number
and told to have the task updated if there was. If
I do not here from her by Friday she gave me
permission to close her task.
