Sally just called and said that Brian Wendler was 
in her office working on a different issue and he 
also set up the printers for her computer. I will 
mark this task as completed. 

I got the machine all set up. I installed her
specialty software: BI-Query, Filezilla, and
Contribute. 

Brian Wedler installed: Payprint and two printers
from Banner.

Joanie said Sally contacted her. Sally has gone
home to work today. Her home number is 503
623-5659. She wants to be contacted when her
computer is ready.

Called saying she is going home today but she is 
available Monday June 30th from 8am-5pm.

Called to inquire about the status. Said no 
pressure. I told her you (Adam) were making 
progress. :)

found quite a few bugs on her machine. installed
and ran ccleaner and AdAware. Also deleted a
program called windows antivirus 08, which I
believe to be the source of the problems. Seems to
be running fine  now... I'm letting AdAware finish
scanning then I will have Sally try to log into
her account.

She was browsing internet with IE on sites she 
normally visits. She got the blue screen of death.

Error:
Spyware detected... please shut down.

Upon restart new error appeared:
Windows must shut down to prevent damage.

Rebooted, saw windows login, but before she could 
sign in she gets a quick flash of a green screen 
that quickly switches to the blue screen reading 
another error message: 
Unexpected kernel mode trap

She noticed an automatic download (she did not 
have to select approval) loaded new antivirus 
before it shut down the first time.
