Rebuilt printer on server it is now back up and
running.

When you click "Preferences" to select duplex
printing you get an error. I think it's a driver
issue.

The Printer in the Alcove 2nd floor is not 
printing double sided for anyone

its been able to print double sided before but 
not today.

Its the only printer in the 2nd floor alcove area.
