Installed ccleaner and ran it, and also installed
Spywareblaster and ran it.  System is as clean as
it can be.

Message popped up saying:
Attention: Security system has detected Malware.

Then it says something about dowloading "Patch"

She is not sure what she should do about this. 
She is available until noon and then after 2pm.
