having any issues.

called and left a voice mail. asked if she still
had pdf printing problems. I also asked her to
tell us what specific program and what network she
is trying to access. I then asked her for to
update her availability.

figured out that she was missing adobe reader.
downloaded adobe reader. tried to print again, it
did not ask me to save. however there were alot of
jobs in front of the document I sent so I do not
know if it printed.

she wants to access programs on the network, but
can not. she also is have trouble printing pdf and
her calender out of her Google calender. every
time time she try to print it prompt her to save.
after saving she opens the document and it is a
just a bunch of squiggly lines.
