Moved her PC in AD to the proper OU and sent her
an email.

Go to Start, Run and type: gpupdate /force and
click OK or hit the enter key on your keyboard.

You'll either need to log out and log back in or
restart.

Please call me if you do not get your printers
after performing this action.

Dell PC

she just got a new dell pc last week and when she 
tries to print anything, it asks her to install 
printers

SEP Radar printer is the one she needs networked

She is available all day today. If she is not in, 
someone can go into her machine she says.
