This happens when an office file is open on the
network and the client system unexpectedly shuts
down, loses power, or something along those lines.

Techs need to change the registered user of the
office applications to the person using it, or
something generic like UCS.

It is a desktop search issue, and we'll need to
push a script to remove it.
