The update asks for a user's name as password
everytime it contacts the server and it gets VERY
annoying because it does it every 5 minutes. I am
going to try to rollback his update.

He called asking if Audry would be contacting him
for the accidentally installed updates. Said he
called on Tues with no response. The task had
been marked as completed-- I changed it to
pending. TOld him I'd let Audry know.

He accidentally installed the updates to the
calendar and now it is asking for a
username/password for sundown

Audrey had asked him NOT to install the updates...

Outlook's calendars do not work properly with the
Sun email system. This is a known problem, but up
to Sun to fix; we've notified them.

Use Thunderbird+Lightning instead. A Taco article
about it can be found here:

His correct number is 88659. They use outlook in
their office to coordinate their calenders, but he
does not know how to do this and requested someone
come by to help.
