copied MSDE folder from T drive to C drive on the
computers and ran the setup from there. Problem
resolved.

The IDcard program is not able to access a file
that it needs from it's install location because
the user doesn't have access to the T drive. I'm
going to try to move the needed files onto the C
drive of the computer to see if that resolves the
issue.

Nancy from Warner Center just got a new laptop 
yesterday. Windows  was installed but there a 
problem with the installation. It tells her to 
reinstall with a valid copy. She is not able to 
use her new laptop
