I uninstalled IE 7 and reinstalled it.  This way,
I was able to install a fresh version of the flash
plugin.  That did the trick.

I stopped by. It's an ActiveX / plugin issue with
IE.  There is so much junk on this machine it's no
wonder he's having problems.
