I just had to change the setting for when the
laptop is closed.  I changed it to "Do nothing."
That way, when he does close the lid, the computer
wont hibernate. 

she called back and said its still doing the same 
thing. when they close the lid even though its 
connected to the docking station its freezing.

The machine froze. IT was shut down and when it 
was restarted made it all the way to the login 
screen.

then Cara went to close the machine and the 
message windows is preparing to stand by came up, 
not its just frozen on that screen. Cara doesn't 
want to shut it down.

She menions that Paul is at lunch and will need 
his machine asap.
