Found a screw that fit.  The cable can now be
affixed to the video card without coming loose.

The video card does not have any screws to mount
the video splitter.  I am in the process of
locating some screws that fit.

no function with the monitor except an orange 
light, after she tried to restart it the light 
went green for a moment then back to orange
