I found out the LouAnn's computer used to be Jan
Carlson's computer. I new that Jan had recently
gotten a new computer. I looked in active directer
for her wou #, but it was not there. I had been
depleted when Jan Carlson new computer was
installed. Her computer name was also under Jan
Carlson's name. I unbound her computer, re-named
it and then re-bound it to mash. this fixed her
problem.

call Vicki at 88552 anytime of the day.
She went on vacation and now that she is back the 
computer wont let her log into her account. it 
keeps telling her "account not found."

She said it was important that she try to get 
into it today because of backed up work from her 
vacation, and would appreciate a rush.
