Nan called asking for Adam (who is gone for the 
weekend) and asked to speak with a tech (none 
were in yet) regarding this problem with the ID 
Card software:

error - advanced capture device is not available. 
ensure that it is configured correctly.

She said that its important that someone goes out 
there and help her with this software. she also 
said that Richard our tech had been helping her.

Someone will be available all day.
