Poorly written software.  The registration
code/information does not copy over to all users.
 Berkley quickly and easily found a solution. He
copied the MOYEA hidden application data folder
from a user that had already registered the
software into all other users, default user, and
all users.  This eliminated the registration prompt.

Student worker called and said that she is still 
not able to use this software and it asks for a 
registration code.

Denise said that she was not there yesterday
afternoon, so she did not know if it was working.

any problems.

I uninstalled the trial version. And installed the
version from the email Tricia forwarded to me with
the following link:

I opened the software and registered it. Anyone
should be able to troubleshoot from there. I won't
be in Friday morning, so anyone feel free to look
at this.

says she's running the software and it says that 
you need to register it.

Hi Denise,

I was able to track down the software's
information. Tricia gave me a copy of an email
that Joanie sent to her about the software. It has
a link to download the software from, the
registration code, and instructions. When would be
a good time to come by and work on this? I can do
it when you're not there. I won't be in tomorrow,
so that maybe best. Please let me know if you're
like me to install the registered version of the
software this afternoon/if someone will be in your
department to let me in.

Denise called and said that she had spoken with 
Joanie about getting a registration code for 
software. She did not have the name of the 
software and said that Joanie was going to find 
out who to get that code from.
