This is a response to your request to remove a
stuck floppy disk from a workstation in the APSC
computer lab. I managed to remove the disk and
gave it to the student in charge of the lab.

I opened up the computer to remove the floppy. I
left it with the student in charge of the lab
because he said that the student would be back.

I don't know where "machine 14" is. I looked up
the WOU# bit it belongs to a monitor.

A student pushed in his flppoy disc in the 
computer I4 at APSC101. WOU number for the 
computer is (20020220). Due to his classes he 
needs the floppy by tomorrow or no later than 
monday. His name (Antonio Guardian) and his e-
mail (guardiantony@yahoo.com).
