Physical hardware issue.  Pulled the video cable
from the machine and reseated it.  This took care
of it. 

She wants her left monitor to be her #1 monitor 
(startup bar etc)

and she wants her #2 monitor to be on her Right.

when she goes into her properties menu the 
monitors are displayed as #1 being on the left, 
and #2 on her right, but thats not how it is she 
says.

currently her start menu is on the right monitor 
alogn with her desktop icons.

DAMEWARED into her system and enabled 2nd monitor.

She said that when her machine went through 
automatic updates, it restarted on its own and 
now one of her monitors will not display anything.

she has restarted again and still nothing. 

she will be in all day except from 1-2pm.
