Berkley updated the software and reset the
terminal server. She is all set.

Application for admissons from Word document that 
she is trying to create a PDF.

She is doing this on the remote desktop server. 

she opens up Adobe Acrobat and when she goes to 
create a pdf from said word doc. she gets this 
error:

missing pdf maker files do you want to run the 
installer in repair mode.

when she clicks either yes or no everything goes 
away, the program stops running.

she will be back from lunch at 1:15pm
