yes you can we only need to make sure the version
and platform(MAC vs. WIN) match up with her office
station which is listed as a PC running Office Pro2003

It is allowed on two stations for use by on user 
so YES she can.  from Endnote license 
agreement  "1.	LICENSE.  ResearchSoft hereby 
grants to End User a non-exclusive, non-
transferable, individual license to use the 
Product, subject to the terms and conditions of 
this Agreement.  End User may (a) install one 
copy of the Software on up to two computers for 
End User’s personal use and (b) make one copy of 
the Software solely for backup or archival 
purposes. It is expressly understood that two 
people will not use the program at the same time 
on different computers. End User may not make 
any copies of the Documentation or any portion 
thereof."

Purchased this software a couple of years ago and 
now working from home and inquiring if this can 
be installed on her personal laptop.

Disks are kept/stored by computing services

Anytime 8:30a-5pm
If possible,please call the day before so she can 
be sure to bring her laptop.
