reporting the same problems and wanted someone to

we changed tray 2 from plain paper to letter had,
which was what was actually in the tray. We had a
faculty member printer to the the printer and it
seemed to work. I told her that I was going to
close the tasks, but if she had any more problem
to give us a call.

They said it no longer prints from the default 
normal paper tray, and instead now it's letter 
head but they would like to see if someone could 
reprogram it or check it out.
