She had her "Today" list in Outlook minimized. I
simply clicked the button to expand the today list.

called, she told me she is using outlook and that
when ever she send a message it is not being saved
into her 'sent box'. however the next morning she
can see the the ones sent on the previous day in
her 'sent box'
