Kathy was delivered a new machine yesterday
W#20070850[Edit Inv] so this shouldn't be an issue. I left
am voice mail saying how to enable remote
connections incase it's not enabled on her new
machine.

In the past Kathy was able to remotely connect to
her office PC using a home PC with Windows XP. She
has since gotten a new PC with Vista. When she
starts up a Remote Desktop connection, she is
given a field to enter the remote computer's
address, but is not given fields for entering her
username/password/domain, and Remote Desktop says
it is unable to finish.
