I am completely stumped on this one. I imaged the
machine and it still has the SAME issue. I
restarted the APSC printers, switched the ethernet
cable with the computer next to it, ran a
gpupdate, deleted the printer and added it through
radar.....nothing worked. It can print to the
printers from any other source EXCEPT Microsoft
Word. All other machines print from Word just fine.

Update: I was able to get it to print after
changing the default printer to APSC, and
clicking yes every time. This message still
comes up at every step of the process, and it is
very slow.

If this is not a big deal you can close the
task, just thought I would notify you all.

A student at the conference in APSC 101 tonight
at about 10:15 could not get her paper to print.
It said "The printer has not yet responded, but
microsoft officemay be able to proceed without
the printer info. Do you want to continue to
wait for the printer?" I restarted the computer
and logged on and encountered the same problem
when trying to print a test page. I cheecked the
printer itself and found no problem with jamming
or paper. Other computers were printing to the
APSC101 just fine.

I just had her move to another computer and it
printed fine. She was using a flash drive.

The problem computer is also labeled J4.
