restart computer after gpupdate /force

Fixed the default user. Student worker is not 
having problems seeing his drives, the next time 
this happens he should be contacting the help 
desk with this task number. Have him click on 
start > run
then type in "gpupdate /force" wothout the 
quotes.

I fixed the problem for the 2 student users that
use this computer but the problem is profile based
and the default user folder has been deleted. I
will need to go back and create a new one and copy
the administrator profile to it.

all day, who are also aware of the problem.

When our student opens WORD or EXCEL the cpu 
tells him that it is trying to install the 
program and then displays an error message.  The 
program opens after that, which is good, but the 
install and error sequence is a huge waste of 
time.  Can someone please fix it?  The cpu is 
20030381[Edit Inv] in rm 203.  Thanks.
