could fix his out look problem, but he said that
was fine, he would deal with it. we move his
bookmarks from his old computer.

He needs to set up a remote connection, he used 
to have a quick link on his old computer, but no 
longer has it.  I tried to walk him through the 
process but he didnt seem to have a remote 
desktop connection icon in his 
accessories/communication folder.
