REF 13 Machine in Library Reference Are 
wou#20070117[Edit Inv] needs to have the software CLIO and 
CLIO REQUEST removed.

Lori called and said that CLIO ties in with 
Microsoft Access and that somehow it is available 
to any users that login to that specific machine 
and it is messing them up on other machines.
