Adam Shinn	Jul 31, 2008 10:42 AM	I called her, she said that the hotel she was stayin in was having problems with their internet and when she plugged the network cable in it said she was disconnected she also said when she went to the coffee shop down the road that she had limited or no connectivity. I told her how to refresh her IP (disable > enable connection) I told her to contact her hotel and see if their internet was back up and running yet and if it was and she still couldn't connect to give me a call back	Add Attachment
