I advised him on how to run a Sophos scan so he
can do that to make sure it got all of the files
associated with the threat.

He was on his machine and Sophos popped up with a 
messages saying that it had detected some virus 
in various files.

He hit OK and then Sophos was able to delete some 
of them but not others.

He doesnt know which files they were, but knows 
they were temp. internet files. He clicked OK. 
He doesnt see any messages now but wanted to know 
if his machine is infected.

He will be available all day.
