She says that she has reset her password on 
account lookup last night and it still doesn't 
allow her to log in. Or log into her email.

she is available from 7:50am - 8:25am.

Tomorrow she is available same time.

SHe tried to change the password but it didn't 
allow her to access the password.  She would 
appreciate someone to come by MONDAY since she 
won't be today or tomorrow

She changed her pass from home and when she got 
to her office it does not work. Tomorrow 7:50-
8:25a in office. PLEASE come in during that time?

She cannot easily teach without accessing her 
machine.

She called back and said that its her 
user/password that is not working because she 
forgot it.

She called from her office and she can't log into 
her work machine.

I sent her to account lookup to reset her 
password.

Im closing the ticket and asked her to call us 
back if that didn't work.

Called to see if someone would be able to help 
her this morning. She needs to get onto her 
machine for teaching materials. Told her I would 
inform techs.

Shared machine in office with Christie Carbie (?) 
who does not work at WOU anymore.

Maria cannot remember her machine login but and 
she was trying to access it from home. She will 
be in her office 750-825 in the morning. She will 
call again at that time if nobody calls her today.

Not network, but access in TO 334 macine itself.
