She called back and said that she is not able to 
remote into her desktop.

she has her ip address and it is not working.

She still cannot add signature tags to her email.

Lori's supervisor is wondering if the IP address 
could be affecting Millennium. 

She is unable to open Millenium and would like 
someone to come over and resolve these issues 
asap because it is preventing her from working.

She is available all day today.  

CLIO and CLIO Request are on the T drive under
library - CLIO

PastPerfect and OCLC are on the T drive under
their names

Trillian and Thunderbird can both be DLed

Acrobat is V6 standard off T:

Lori doesn't have a license for photoshop and
should be directed to the terminal server or to
purchase a copy.

SHe went through and figured out exactly what she 
needs (some of these are already listed in memos, 
but here it is in list form for ease)

SHe called back. She has a lunch meeting for an 
hour at 11:30a then she is gone at 2pm today (she 
has another mtg in Salem.)

Still needs CLIO and Trillion. Also laptop she 
uses to remote into the problematic computer 
needs to be looked at. Laptop says its not 
regonizing battery. SHe is concerned that 
the "viral computer" could be negatively 
affecting her laptop.
