Name of document "Teacher Ed lori done.doc"

Opened "Teacher Ed lori done.doc"
from email attachment and proceeded to edit. (Did 
not open, save to a specific place, and then open 
to edit) 

She worked on it and saved many times using
File->Save. Doesn't know where it was saving to 
and doesn't know the path. She was working on it 
when her mouse started acting up and so she saved 
again and shut down. When she booted back up she 
said her changes were not saved. 

I asked her where the document was located and 
she said she didn't know. So... I don't know how 
she knows the document changes weren't saved if 
she doesn't know where the file is...

When I asked more questions she said she thinks 
she was opening the doc from the H:\
Originally, Kimber pulled "Teacher Ed lori 
done.doc" from there and emailed it to her.

Perhaps she is opening the original and never 
really saved anything?
