It looks like things are back to working for her
now.  I told her to call us back if the problem
returns.

She was able to transfer files from her local
machine to the I: drive perfectly.  This is a good
workaround temporarily.  I let her know we are
looking into the slow networks shares and I will
keep her updated.

I stopped by and uninstalled the software.  I
installed the latest release.  Still same issue. 
She is using the software to save text-to-audio
files on her I: drive.  I had her try and save
locally and it worked without freezing.  Time to
troubleshoot the network drive.

This program is running very slow and she would 
like it reinstalled. 

She is availalbe during normal business hours.
