We were just checking in with you regarding when 
we might be able to coordinate a time to help 
with the computer freezing in Todd 002A.  
 
If you can give us a call at 8-8925 and just let 
the person who answers know when you might be 
available that would be great.  Then we will 
coordinate the time and help with the task.  The

We were going through our list of tasks in 
University Computing and noticed that we had an 
older request for you from August 2008 
regarding "custodial computers not accessing the 
network".  We were checking with you to see if 
this still needed attention or if we could close 
out this request.

I understand that that the custodian are having
issues with networking issues. To help them with
there problem I need to better understand there
issue. To my understanding they mainly work
nights. If there is away to get a hold on someone
to explain that would great. The task number for

These guys mainly work nights according to Mike 
Ross. We may need to see about getting access to 
their location when they are not here.

Mike says there are 3 stations between 2 rooms(2 
staff, then 1 Ed Hedberg office) but he was not 
awareof how a W#2001 station would be there so 
lets get a good inventory of what is actually 
there as my records of that location only list 
two stations

called and left a voice message and asking for
more information about what is missing. If
possible a verification on the 2001 computer and
some times they might be available for a tech to
come take a look.

thin client W#20070629[Edit Inv]
W#20031134[Edit Inv] is also a monitor it should be with 
20030604[Edit Inv] 
W#20010829[Edit Inv] should not be there and I can't find 
any info on why it is I will need to talk with 
Mike Ross about it
