Printer is being replaced a new task is open for
the delivery for that one.

I'll email Denise with the following information:

1. We will connect her Mac to the printer via USB.
 Assuming that works concurrently with the network
printing we will leave them in that situation, but
end-of-life our support on anything related to
that printer.
2. If they need tech support in the future on that
printer the only option will be to work with UCS
to purchase a replacement.

We have tried everything to get the printer to
work and it just won't.  Due to the age of the
printer  I advise that it be replaced.

Denise called and said that she cannot print 
anything to PANDORA printer

error:

network host pandora is busy, down, or 
unreachable. 

She is available most of the day, she'll keep the 
office door open.
