Printer seems to be working fine.  Printed some
test jobs to it with no problem.

He will be available for the rest of the day.

Printer TRAIN is located in TODD 220

He mentions that everytime that the network goes 
down, the printers also go down. Last time that 
the network went down, someone had to go over 
there and take care of the printing issue.

No one can print to this printer. When he goes to 
file print, and hits print, nothing happens.
