Killed the explorer process and started it back up
again. That solved it.

She logs in and cannot open any of the icons. She 
can't click on anything. She has restarted her 
machine but still, right after it logs her in, it 
freezes.

Its a DELL desktop machine.

She has used it prior to today just fine.

She will be available all day. She said to give 
her a call at 88597
