Emailed Matt on 8/14/08.  I've blocked the calls 
and told him we would need to add a second jack 
and pull wire, that was the only option.

Teresa, Matt has a few questions I think you can
help him with.  

First, he is getting a lot of solicitors on his
office phone and wants to know if we offer any
call-screening.  

Secondly, he has a second workstation that he
wants a student worker to utilize, but there is
only one ethernet jack in his office.  What are
his options?
