Tammy just called again and would like someone to 
come take a look at the printer as soon as they 
can. She is availalbe all day.

The printer is about 5 weeks old. It has worked 
fine until now. The tasks just sit in the que. 
She has tried turninig everything off and 
restarting as well as troubleshooting. There is 
no error message. 

She is only here today and tomorrow, and can't 
get work done without her printer.
