She was also having problem with dial up. Got her
added to our new dial up server, so now everything
should be working.

had a corrupt profile. Renamed old profile so that
a new profile would be created. Copied old profile
to the new profile and she could log in.

Her laptop won't let her log in remotely or on 
campus.  It says she is locked out and needs to 
contact admin
