licensing issues and that if he had any problems

has anti-virus 2008 will need to re-image. I had
him save all of his stuff on his desktop to his h
drive.

he says thats the email address he received this 
from:
Subject: pick up your card

he clicked on the link attached to "pick up his 
ecard" and now he has a pop up that says his 
system is infected and has over 3K viruses.

He will be available all day.
