Digital store fron was getting upgraded and our
part of the upgrade is done.  We are waiting for
the database migration from ikon.

She has not used Digital Store Front in a while, 
probably a couple months now.

She says that since the upgrade, she cannot send 
anything to the printers.

She is trying to send a word document over to the 
print shop but keeps getting error message 
whenever she uploads.

she will be in her office all day.
