I tried to install Firefox 3, but it wouldn't open
after it was installed. So I put 2.0.0.17 on and
that opened, but the issue persisted. I cleared
her Cache and Cookies in Firefox and that resolved
the issue.

She can get to the wou email login page, after 
she puts in her username and password, she gets a 
blank page.

she can get into her email with the Safari 
Browser. She is using a MAC.
