I went to the physical plant and talked with Mike
Ross and Hamilton, and they took all the files
they needed off of the machine and asked that the
whole thing be re-imaged.  It was apparently full
of viruses and was working very slowly as it was.

Dell PC Optiplex the DVD Drive is not working.

If you go into system it says the device drivers 
are not right.

If you put in a DVD, nothing happens, the dvd 
drive shows that there is nothing in it.

He will be available all day.
