I switched the video head connection off the video
card, which seems to take care of it.

REF 35 machine in the main floor reference area.

The monitor (wou#20060188) keeps flashing from 
normal to black screen.

The Dell monitor displays the green power light 
even when it flashes to black.

Lori has chedked teh connections but she doesn't 
think thats the problem.
