She fixed the problem.

she had 2 usb ports with flash drives when she 
restarted her machine, and for some reason they 
took the I:Drive letter. She unplugged one of the 
drives and everything is back to normal.

She does not have an I:Drive.

It shows removable disk I

She will be in her office until 1:00pm.

Jill says that she has tried to map her I drive, 
but still cannot find it.

However, she says that the files that she has 
been working with that were in the I:Drive she 
can see them from the Z:Drive.
