His computer would not open Explorer, making it's
impossible to navigate or get things to run. It
required a reimage. Since it was a 2002 machine I
am replacing it with a 2004 one from storage (per
Tricia's okay). I also mentioned the ancient
machine to Tricia so he can be put in next year's
list.

Windows Explorer and IE are different. I updated
the title of this task to reflect that.

error message:

WINDOWS explorere has encountered a problem and 
needs to close

error: signature app name explorer.exe
at verb 6.0.2900.3156 mod name shlwapi.dll

When he opens up IE he gets that error message 
and he can only click on close.

He cannot go from start/shut down, the error box 
comes up everytime he tries to do it.

He will be available all day today.
