Every user at the College of Ed in 202 this is 
happening to.

If anyone tries to print more than 1 sheet, it 
gives them an error message.

SHe called and is very frustrated she has not 
heard from anyone for three days. Printer says DO 
NOT CHANGE SETTINGS without calling us. Told her 
I would check with techs and someone will get in 
touch with her. 

SHe also said she is not the only one in the 
office with this problem, so it is not just her 
machine and she thinks it is not the machines at 
all but with the printer itself.

she called back and said its a high priority.

She is needing to print a mail merge for her boss 
and leaves in 20 minutes, another person on 
another computer which she sent it to couldnt 
print either.
