Please return this box to Rice Auditorium 112A 
to its new owner Ryan Wright he is with out a 
station and will need to use it while we get the 
newest version of Vectorworks software bought 
for Theatre.  Put the task on hold in my queue 
after it is delivered Karen Willis will be out 
tomorrow so if this can go back this afternoon 
that would be greatly appreciated.

She said that she brought the licensing info to 
Tricia already.

Scott Grim was suppose to bring me licensing info
last week  and didn't.  I've been meaning to shoot
him an email to see what is up, so I will do that
anhd keep you posted with any updates.

Hi Ken,

I am at a bit of a standstill with the Quantum
Software. I've contacted the company that owns
Quantum and received no responses; that includes
an email to their technical support and
individuals' emails Teresa provided me. I
contacted Travis Knabe, but he didn't deal with
this situation. His dealings with Quantum regarded
setup, not registration. At the time the
registration info was not AWOL. I cannot install
the software without the registration, but have
been unsuccessful in obtaining it.

The next step is for me to call Quantum's 1800
number, if there is one, and try to talk my way
through their customer service for some help. This
usually involves a lot of wasted time on hold. I
will try it though, but we;ve been very busy with
new setups and faculty moves. I try to contact
Quantum as soon as we have some "downtime."

512MB from spare that we had.

this, but I cannot find it in the installs$ drive.

this belonged to an old faculty in 109, karen 
requested a tech to clear his old saved files, 
and move the comp to RA 112a it is also missing 
the mouse and keyboard. The employee begins 
tuesday the 2nd of september.
