he was trying to copy the text not the .doc file.
I taught him how to copy files and he should be
good. I also set up some tool bars for him in MS
Word and got a font that will do Sanskrit diacritics.

he came into the office asking for help.

He called saying that he had been waiting in his 
office since 10am for a tech and that he now 
needs to go to an appointment and will be gone 
the rest of the day.

TOmorrow (Wed) he will be in after 1pm and hopes 
someone will come assist him.

He called back asking if anyone would help him 
today.

He will be available tomorrow at 10am to 1pm. 
Then from 2pm to 4pm.

He said that whenever he copies any files over to 
a cd or usb stick, once he opens these files from 
said drives, they lose their formatting from the 
Original Word Document.

This has been happening lately and he is afraid 
it migth be due to a virus he said he thought he 
had last week.
