Christian Mendez	Sep 04, 2008 10:31 AM	**This is an email** I have not been on campus this week to check my iMac is now opening the attachments. I am assuming someone has been in to correct the gliche since I rec'd the email saying the service order is closed.. I will be on campus Tue Sept 9 to open and print a number of attachments I am sending from home so will check at that time that process for doing that is back to normal. Thanks for any work that has been done on this difficulty while I have been away from the officer. Audrey Sundkvist	Sep 03, 2008 03:13 PM	I changed the default program to open .doc and .xls to Microsoft Word and Excel. To do this I made test documents of those file types, right-click and select "Get Info", change the program in the drop-down to whatever you want it to be.	Add Attachment

At the moment, I am still unable to open attachments with the .xls or .doc extensions that are coming in on my Firefox application. Thanks. Christian Mendez	Aug 26, 2008 12:18 PM	she cannot open ANY documents that come through as attachments. when she clicks on the files to download, she is able to download them to her desktop, but when she tries to open them its open office org 2.3. Another instance is open on host dyn-115-110-wou.edu do you want to continue? she hits yes, opens office 2.3 this happens with extension .xls and .doc she will be available all afternoon.
